FEATURES
* The specially designed hydro-pneumatic vise allows the hydraulic oil to be compressed with the aid of air. Due to the special clamping unit on it, it passes the air pressure through various valves and cylinders. therefore, it sends hydraulic oil at high pressure to the pinch roller. Thus achieving a high clamping force.
* After the squeezing process is completed, the vise squeezing process continues even if the air flow entering the system is stopped.
* The Vise is very easy to install and use. İt will be enough to provide air flow after mounting on the machine table. The Vise has a clamping force of 4500 kgf at 6 bars.
* Hydro-Pneumatic vise, which is more rapid and powerful than mechanical machine vices, makes the workpiece clamping and unwinding process quickly thanks to the on-off button on it.
* The Vise, which can be connected in series to the machine table, allows you to save time for disassembly and assembly and to secure the workpiece more safely and securely.
