The use of welding tables
During the execution of welded constructions a very large part of the time, even eighty-five percent, takes the preparation of the material for the welding process. The remaining fifteen percent is used for welding alone. For this reason, the most precise positioning of the components of the structure in the shortest possible time significantly affects the high quality and optimal profitability of the production process.
The use of a welding table allows you to achieve the above-mentioned goals as the welding table itself is used for welding and assembling structural elements that require maximum accuracy.
The welding table is dedicated to equipping technological stations in which processes of welding small details or larger structures is easier to be carried out due to the possibility of increasing the table surface and moving the table plates or multiplying the number of tables by joining them together. Welding tables are used wherever welding, positioning and assembly of metal parts takes place. They are essential element when it comes to positioning accuracy and repeatability.
The table is made of steel capable of withstanding the weight and welding temperature. It offers the welder a stable workplace where he can also make the necessary measurements. Due to the perforated surface and the gaps between the plates, it is possible to install optional and standard equipment on it. Welding equipment assembly can be done with screws, assembly bolts and welding clamps.
